Does the sourdough contain gluten?Updated a year ago

Our sourdough contains gluten-containing grain (rye) and therefore also gluten.

 

Fortunately, most people who do not tolerate gluten well tolerate sourdough-based bread much better. The gluten is broken down and converted during fermentation, but there will always be a small amount of gluten. So unfortunately, our sourdough is not suitable for people with coeliac disease.
